Applying for housing
Because space is limited, students who wish to live on campus should apply for on-campus housing as soon as they are admitted to the university.
The first step to living on campus is read through the housing handbook (Beirut /Byblos) and fill out the application. You can also pick up the materials from the residence hall office.
After you have read through the handbook and the rules and regulations, complete the application form and drop it off, in person, at the residence hall office on your campus. Applications are processed and assignments made on a first-come, first-served basis. If your application is accepted, the residence hall supervisor will notify you of your room assignment.
Once your room assignment is confirmed, you must:
- Pay a $200 deposit to reserve your room. This amount will be deducted from your first tuition payment. Students who cancel their reservation will lose the deposit.
- Pay a $200 security deposit in case of any damage to the property. This deposit will be refunded after you vacate the residence hall, as long as there is no damage.
